Shipping Policy

Shipping and Delivery Policy:

• Products are shipped securely via the best frozen and refrigerated shipping companies.

• Shipping is available to all major cities.

• The order is prepared within 2-5 days of receipt and is then shipped. It takes 3-8 days to reach the customer.

• The customer will bear any additional costs in case of entering an incorrect shipping address.

• In the event that the shipment is damaged or arrived in an incorrect condition (incomplete, for example), the product must be photographed within 24 hours of receiving the order and shared with the store so that the customer can be compensated with an alternative shipment. Otherwise, the store will not bear any costs if we are not notified within the specified time period.

• For shipping to governorates and villages, please contact us before ordering to confirm delivery availability to the selected area.

• If the customer completes his order for the governorates, 60 riyals will be transferred to ship his order to his governorate (if there is shipping to his governorate) or he will receive it from the nearest city to him.

• We try to deliver the shipment to the customer twice, and if the customer does not receive his shipment, it will be destroyed. The product is organic and without preservatives.

• The store has the right to request a transfer of the shipping fee of 60 riyals from the customer when filling out incorrect information to ship his order to another city.
